Overview
Acasta Europe is an insurance company, specialising in delivering underwriting capacity for schemes that may not be readily available on the market. Working closely with the company, we've developed a fully scalable software solution for contract underwriting, insurance, claims policies, and management. We also built a separate portal for clients to register and manage their claims.
Project Objective
The growing volume, velocity and variety of big data is helping businesses with invaluable insights into patterns and market trends. With the benefit of smart technology and analytics, big data is enabling faster and better-informed business decision making. Our built-in predictive analytics help the company's agents to understand the benefits of big data to provide better products and services for their customers.
Problems and Solutions
Initially, when creating claims, the system couldn't tell if there were multiple insurance policies or claims made for the same incident. By fixing this problem, we prevented duplicate entries and made the company's workflow smoother. We also enabled dynamic input for Tooltips. This allows the company to add extra helpful information, making the website easier to use and improving the overall user experience. The dashboard's interface was developed on the basis of feedback from real users, ensuring it is truly tailored to their needs.
