Overview
Frive is a London-based premium meal subscription service catering to busy professionals across the UK. Recognising the time constraints of their target audience, Frive offers nutritious, customisable ready-meal plans made up of high quality ingredients.
As the business expanded, the in-house team needed more performance expertise. Previous partners failed to deliver effective strategies. Their website's design neglected UX, and help was needed with Paid channels. Our goal was to create a suite automating tasks like delivery submissions and stock management. We aimed for scalable technology to automate submission to third-party delivery companies, print marketing materials, manage stock levels, and generate ingredient shopping lists based on website demand.
Project Objective
The main challenge was sustaining growth without a bespoke system to address unique operating issues. We focused on creating scalable technology, improving Paid channels, and automating tasks like delivery submissions and stock management. These solutions streamlined operations, reduced errors, and saved time. Our improvements made to their Paid channels also contributed to enhancing the customer experience by optimising marketing efforts and increasing brand visibility.
The company has experienced significant growth, rapidly establishing itself as one of the UK's leading meal subscription services. Frive has achieved this success by leveraging the website, mobile app, and office management system created by Pecometer.
