Overview

Irwell is an insurance company, providing legal expenses and commercial liability protection to UK SMEs. Their products help businesses facing a wide range of legal disputes, including employment issues, health and safety matters and tax investigations. Since then, they have provided over 30 years’ support, underwriting legal expenses risk for UK SMEs through the Peninsula Group.

Project Objective

Irwell approached us to build a system where they could effectively manage and analyse large volumes of insurance policy data. Back by our expertise in the data-driven insurance industry, the team designed a purpose built, digital CRM solution supplying predictive analytics, performance optimisation and risk management.

In 2021, Irwell took the decision to share their expertise with the wider Insurance market. This meant that on top of the system that handles large amounts of customer data, we had to expand the functionalities further, for example, adding a PDF export feature and exporting specific data redports or further use and optimisation of document management workflow.
